Job Summary
Solution Sales Specialist to drive growth within the BFSI sector. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, identifying and engaging Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTechs, and other BFSI organizations; understanding client requirements and presenting suitable, solutions; conducting product demonstrations and client meetings; managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure; building relationships with key decision-makers; negotiating contracts; achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; maintaining an accurate sales pipeline; and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success. Requires 2–5+ years in B2B/Solution/Enterprise sales in BFSI/FinTech, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and a Bachelor’s (MBA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, BFSI Sales, FinTech Sales, or Enterprise Sales
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Solution Sales, BFSI Sales, FinTech Sales, or Enterprise Sales
