Job Summary
Teaches specified curriculum to high school students in a classroom, develops lesson plans and instructional materials, utilizes technology to enhance instruction, and provides individualized and small-group instruction. Maintains standards of behavior, administers assignments and assessments, communicates with parents, prepares progress reports, maintains student records, ensures safety, and participates in district professional development and collaborative activities. Demonstrates knowledge of state and district policies, plans instruction to advance student learning, and upholds professional conduct and confidentiality as required by the district and Pennsylvania regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Teaching Certification in 7-12
- Bachelor’s Degree
