Job Summary
Rheumatology Territory Account Specialist responsible for leading strategic engagement with key accounts and Health Care Providers within an assigned geography, delivering tailored access solutions and driving product demand. Build and execute strategic territory plans, partner with field teams and home-office colleagues to address customer needs, apply knowledge of market dynamics and cross-functional collaboration to uncover opportunities, and lead omnichannel engagements (virtual and face-to-face) to improve patient outcomes. Requires strong clinical and account-based selling skills, ability to navigate access challenges, and effective communication across cross-functional teams. Travel 60-80% with field-based responsibilities and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
- Proven track-record of consistent high-performance in selling to large accounts and key customers
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography; valid driver’s license
