Job Summary
Conduct outpatient rheumatology care for a geriatric patient base (71+ years) with no admitting duties. Manage daily clinical workflows using the EMR system, receiving training support while delivering personalized, caring attention to Medicare patients. Maintain a low-turnover practice environment with long-term patient relationships. The group offers full benefits including 401k matching, paid time off, and performance-based incentives. Fluency in Spanish is required for this expanding Miami-based team.
Required Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish fluently
- Must be Board certified
- Must be finishing summer Fellowship
- Must be FL licensed
- Must be comfortable with a more Geriatric patient base
- Must be comfortable with busy patient volume
- Must be patient and caring with patients
- Must give personal attention to patients
- Must be able to use EMR daily
