Job Summary
Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for outpatient clinic in NW Ohio (Toledo area). Join an integrative nonprofit regional health system supporting 2 rheumatologists in an outpatient setting with no inpatient rounding. Schedule Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends; see patients of all ages (average 12–15 per day) using Cerner EMR. Responsibilities include direct patient care and patient education; provide a full scope outpatient rheumatology service. Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required; rheumatology experience preferred; Ohio license or eligibility required. Compensation includes guaranteed base salary up to $130K, uncapped productivity incentives, signing bonus up to $10K, relocation assistance up to $5K, plus comprehensive benefits and retirement plans; Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible; generous PTO and CME support. Location offers a suburban community feel with proximity to Toledo and regional amenities.
Required Qualifications
