Job Summary
Engage Rheumatology customers within assigned geographical territory to introduce, launch, grow brand-share, and revenue while consistently delivering on product goals. Execute strategy and tactics to generate product utilization, demonstrate deep marketplace and therapeutic expertise, and conduct presentations to HCPs in academic centers and large group practices. Develop relationships with Rheumatology experts, specialists, nurses, and patient advocacy groups, coordinating with cross-functional teams including Thought Leader Liaisons. Provide site-level in-service training, plan promotional speaker programs, and lead initiatives such as launching Kevzara for polymyalgia rheumatica. Maximize allocated budget to support strategic plans that drive industry-leading customer value and address market dynamics. Travel up to 80% of the time to support field activities, home office collaboration, and industry conventions.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years or more of specialty sales experience within pharmaceutical/biotech
- Bachelor ́s degree
- Successful track record of performance across physician/customer facing and strategic roles
- Experience with pull through and total office call
- Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Effective Communication and Change Agility skills
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of time throughout the nation, to home office and meetings/conventions as required
- Train and effectively launch Kevzara for polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) indication as part of Kevzara sales team
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of Rheumatology sales experience is highly preferred
- Launch experience preferred
