Rheumatology Institutional Specialist – Miami

Rheumatology Institutional Specialist responsible for building institutional advocacy and formulary adoption to drive appropriate utilization of rheumatology brand products in designated hospitals. Develop and execute strategic business plans for top priority academic and government institutions, collaborate with rheumatology sales, marketing, US market access, patient services, and home-office staff to implement programs aligned with business goals and compliance. Deliver presentations on products and disease states, share approved clinical data with physicians and teams, and establish relationships with clinicians and administrative staff to expand hospital-driven opportunities. Facilitate cross-functional Area Team Meetings to refine hospital account strategies, identify opportunities, and drive product access and sales targets. Travel 60-80% within the territory; coordinate with Area Business Leaders to diagnose challenges and implement new hospital-focused initiatives. Must reside within territory or reasonable commuting distance; valid driver’s license required.
