Job Summary
Rheumatologist needed for an expanding, 100% outpatient rheumatology practice within a nonprofit regional health system south of Toledo. The role is hospital-employed with flexible scheduling, shared office call, and a full medical support staff. The practice handles a diverse and complex case mix with an infusion center (30-40 patients/day; 16 chairs) and opportunities for optional inpatient specialist consults. Fellows are welcome to apply. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary up to $300K, total compensation up to $350K with uncapped productivity incentives, signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits including PSLF eligibility, PTO, CME, malpractice and insurance coverages, and retirement plans (403b/457b).
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO in Rheumatology
- Board eligible or board certified in Rheumatology
- Ohio medical license or eligible to practice in Ohio
- Entrustable professional activities in outpatient rheumatology (implied clinical competency)
- Fellowship training in rheumatology preferred
