Job Summary
Conduct outpatient consultations, perform diagnostic tests and procedures, and make diagnoses for patients with rheumatologic conditions. Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans while collaborating with primary care providers and other professionals within a team-based care model. Utilize a collaborative approach to discuss patient progress and ensure integrated care delivery across our network of community health centers. Part-time and full-time positions available with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical School
- Completion of approved fellowship in Rheumatology
- BE/BC
- Valid NYS and DEA License
- At least 1-year experience
- Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population
- Part-time or full-time positions available

- Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus
