Job Summary
Rheumatologist needed for outpatient-focused practice with optional inpatient work in Central Florida. Diagnostic and therapeutic responsibilities include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and a broad range of autoimmune conditions, with access to an on-site infusion center and full support team. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, treating about 16 patients per day in an outpatient setting; inpatient work is optional. Procedures such as joint injections are performed based on preference. No call, no nights, and no weekends. Compensation includes a base salary of $275k–$300k plus 35% of collections above $200k per quarter, relocation assistance, full benefits, retirement plan, and PTO. Candidate requirements: Board eligible/certified in Rheumatology, fellowship trained, active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain), open to new graduates.
