Job Summary
Rheumatologist to diagnose and manage rheumatic, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, formulating diagnoses, and creating personalized treatment plans; pharmacologic management with DMARDs, biologics, corticosteroids, and NSAIDs; performing ultrasound- or fluoroscopy-guided intra-articular injections; collaborating with primary care, orthopedics, physical/occupational therapy teams; patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, side effects, and self-management; contributing to clinical research, quality improvement, and adherence to privacy and professional standards; maintaining accurate EHR documentation; ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree; or master’s degree and five (5) years of relevant experience; or, bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of progressively responsible relevant experience. Supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Medical license and Board Certified in Rheumatology.
