Job Summary
Full-time rheumatologist to join a three-physician MSK group within Cambridge Health Alliance, a teaching-affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Provide outpatient care to adults in a mission-driven public healthcare system, with 32 hours of clinical patient time per week plus 8 hours of asynchronous clinical admin time, and minimal night/weekend coverage. Responsibilities include teaching medical students and residents (CHA is an HMS-affiliated teaching center and offers an HMS appointment at Instructor/Assistant/Associate Professor level), and participating in formal and informal teaching of Tufts University Family Medicine residents. EPIC EMR is used. Compensation includes base salary ($245,000–$285,000) plus production incentive, with a comprehensive benefits package.
