Rheumatologist

Conduct outpatient rheumatology coverage from Monday through Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., managing an average daily volume of 18 to 21 patients. Perform required procedures including arthrocentesis, thoracentesis, and joint or soft tissue injections. Utilize the Epic EMR system with support from one medical assistant and one office staff member. Board certified status and valid NC or IMLC licenses are required, along with BLS certification. This supplemental clinical-only assignment is scheduled from December 1, 2026, through June 1, 2027, with travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered.
