Job Summary
Conduct production assignments adhering to safety specifications and instructions while maintaining good housekeeping in assigned spaces. Report all production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor and notify them immediately when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained. Troubleshoot problems, report issues, and perform other duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on feet for up to 8-12 hours per shift, requiring the ability to stoop, kneel, bend, climb, and lift up to 35lbs. Must understand verbal and written instructions and pass all required safety training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues
- Must work well in a team environment
- Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
- Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs
