Conduct cross-functional custom projects, produce functional documentation, and analyze requirements. Identify solutions by collaborating with production teams, project management, and external clients. Manage client relationships and apply problem-solving skills to deliver functional analysis. This role offers direct permanent employment under the Metalworking collective bargaining agreement, including a welfare package and hybrid smart working (2 days/week). Flexible hours and a personalized growth plan are provided. The salary range is €27,000–€40,000 RAL. Locations are Mestre, Venice, or Florence. A degree in Economics, Statistics, or equivalent, along with SQL server knowledge and MS Office proficiency, is preferred.
