Job Summary
Manage logistics, travel, accommodation, and event organization services under a 12-month Frame Agreement for Legal Action Worldwide's Ukraine Representative Office. Coordinate event management, venue bookings, catering, and simultaneous interpretation for Lot 1, while handling hotel reservations, domestic and international travel, and ticketing for Lot 2. Submit quotations through the Bamboo portal including a cover letter, technical proposal, price schedule, company registration documents, and three relevant references. Demonstrate capacity to deliver services throughout Ukraine and relevant experience with NGOs or donor-funded projects. Applications must be submitted by 14 August 2026, 18:00 Kyiv Time.
