Job Summary
Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs. Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical content. Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals. Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions. Maintain a repository of case studies and templates. Track proposal success and improve processes. Complete a full application on the careers page, including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprints and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 2 years in B2B proposal or bid management
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus
