Job Summary
Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs, then collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical content. Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals while managing timelines to ensure timely submissions. Maintain a repository of case studies and templates, and track proposal success to improve processes. This role requires strong writing and project management skills for enterprise and B2B clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 2 years in B2B proposal or bid management
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus
