Job Summary
Experienced RFP Grant Writer to manage all aspects of the RFP/RFI/RFQ response process, including researching prospects, developing 20-30 compelling, outcomes-driven grant proposals annually, coordinating with leadership and program staff, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance across state, federal, private, and corporate funders. Responsibilities include analyzing government RFP opportunities, assembling funding applications, coordinating with program and Finance staff, conducting prospect research, and tracking performance metrics through a moves-management system. Requires a Bachelor's degree in English or the Humanities and at least five years of grant-writing success, with strong writing, research, and donor-management skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and donor-management software.
