RFP Coordinator-Power Division

Job Summary
RFP & Proposal Management for Power Utilities: monitor and identify new RFP/RFQ opportunities, coordinate end-to-end RFP processes, prepare and compile proposals to meet technical and commercial requirements, collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to gather inputs, maintain proposal templates and documentation, track submission deadlines, and support contract negotiations and vendor agreements. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assist leadership with go/no-go decisions. Maintain a centralized vendor database, source and onboard subcontractors, evaluate vendor capabilities and pricing, ensure compliance with policies and client requirements, and improve internal processes for efficiency. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in RFP coordination or vendor management within utilities/energy/construction, plus strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in RFP coordination, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in utilities, energy, or construction
- Experience working with public sector bids and government contracts is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
