Job Summary
RFP Content Management Specialist to produce high-quality first drafts of RFPs and DDQs by gathering data from multiple sources, editing answers, and collaborating with regional RFP writers and subject matter experts across Sales, Investment, Client Service, Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Finance, IT, and HR. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of financial markets and the investment services industry, and familiarity with Qvidian; opportunity to coordinate content across regions to tailor responses for specific RFP requirements while maintaining current and accurate content. The position supports content management, database maintenance, and continuous improvement of proposal quality and consistency, with an emphasis on teamwork, confidentiality, integrity, and a client-focused, results-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Qvidian or similar RFP content database management
- Experience with Seismic desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong research skills using a variety of electronic systems and tools
