Job Summary
Auditor role focusing on auditing inventory picked for store orders within Grocery Outlet’s RFC. Responsibilities include breaking down, auditing, and reassembling freight on outbound pallets prior to load dispatch; recording and reporting errors found during audits; correcting inaccuracies to achieve 100% pallet accuracy; conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence; partnering with RFC leadership and warehouse staff; performing physical inventory counts and reconciling with computer reports; assisting with moving outbound pallets and other warehouse inventories; performing routine clerical duties including data entry; may lead and train other employees; operating forklifts (order pickers, sit-down, standup, pallet jack); maintaining clean workstations; and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications emphasize 1–2 years in inventory control or QA, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, multitasking, instruction interpretation, and Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, quality assurance, or other related experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Intermediate experience with Excel preferred.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
