RFC QA Clerk (Auditor)

Audits inventory on outbound pallets, documents and reports errors found during the audit, conducts root cause analysis to prevent recurrence, and coordinates with RFC leadership and warehouse personnel to address audit results. Performs physical inventory counts and reconciles stock to computer reports, assists with moving outbound pallets and related warehouse inventories, and carries out routine clerical duties including data entry. May lead, guide, and train other employees, interns, and/or volunteers. Operates forklifts (order pickers, sit-down and standup forklifts, pallet jack) and maintains orderly workstations while performing miscellaneous duties as assigned. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a willingness to take ownership of processes.
