Job Summary
Ensure all merchandise displayed and sold is assembled and in perfect condition to achieve total customer satisfaction. Unload inbound product and locate items in designated shipping bays for delivery. Repackage returned, pulled, repaired, or vendor-return merchandise prior to relocation into racks. Service customers by handling all aspects of warehouse pickups, including unpacking, inspection, meeting clients, payment, and loading. Safely maneuver furniture on a two-wheel dolly without assistance and maintain a clean, organized Distribution Center. Assist with various warehouse tasks as assigned. Requires ability to safely move up to 75 lbs and perform heavy physical activity during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in the English language in both speech and writing
- Ability to carry out goals and instructions and to follow through on assignments
- Demonstrates a customer focus
- Ability to safely move up to 75 lbs
- Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during shift
- Ability to use a two wheeler
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk frequently
- Ability to work in in-door/out-door climate
