Job Summary
Conduct boutique internal control reviews, perform end-of-day procedures, and manage finance aspects for new boutique openings, internalizations, and closings. Execute monthly cycle counts for retail boutiques, reconcile physical inventory, and resolve transfer issues between boutiques and warehouses. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting to maintain accurate accounts, issue monthly internal control reports with follow-up, and perform red light transaction reporting. Deliver training and education to retail teams on boutique compliance while collaborating with other functions to implement finance projects. Travel up to 30% of the year to locations in the United States and Canada to support these operational activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SAP
- Inventory
- Prior work travel experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the year to locations in the United Staes and Canada
