Job Summary
Provide Systems Engineering leadership for RF payload design, build, and test. Deliver RF Systems design advice within multi-disciplinary teams to assess and develop designs satisfying customer business requirements. Input deliverables based on program requirements, including analysis, CONOPs, V&V, Design Reviews, and operations plans. Support supplier selection, contract negotiation, and oversight while assessing and managing risk mitigation activities. Identify technical issues and proactively implement resolutions to mitigate schedule and cost impacts. This immediate, full-time role in the Boulder, CO area requires a US citizen eligible for security clearance with 10+ years of experience in commercial space systems RF design and implementation.

- Experience with commercial space systems RF system design and implementation
- Attention to detail and ability to parse requirements
- Knowledge of emerging RF technologies and suppliers
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent technical communications skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- US Citizen and must be eligible to obtain security clearance
- BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or equivalent
- 10+ years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of spacecraft & subsystem design and manufacturing
- Requirements definition and flow down
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with task management software (Jira, etc.)
