Job Summary
RF Lab Technician needed to join Microwave Techniques, a designer/manufacturer of high-power RF components. Responsibilities include learning assembly and testing of RF products, ensuring conformance to engineering drawings and data sheets, maintaining safety standards, and supporting documentation and testing efforts. Candidate will engage in on-the-job training to master tasks over months/years, demonstrate attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with colleagues across levels. Requirements include 2+ years in a technical/manufacturing environment and an Associate degree in Electronics or related knowledge; proficiency with hand tools, MS Office, Windows, and strong interpersonal/communication skills. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and on-site work at Gorham, ME; Nashua, NH; and Hamburg, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years in a technical role or manufacturing environment
- Associates degree in Electronics or knowledge of hand radio helpful
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized
- Ability to use hand tools for assembly work
