Job Summary
RF Field Engineer to join Kaldi Team supporting US Navy; responsibilities include RF field engineering, SATCOM ops and maintenance, data analysis (PCAP), systems engineering and software development, and customer-facing technical support. Must be able to deploy OCONUS 6-8 weeks annually; requires Linux fundamentals and scripting in Python, Java, and C; collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interact with customers, end users, subcontractors, and internal teams. Salary range $125,000-$195,000; benefits include equity, retirement plan, health care, PTO, and potential bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 yrs experience in RF Field Engineering or similar career field
- active Top Secret security clearance with SSBI and SCI access
- US Citizenship required
- Must be able to deploy OCONUS (6-8 Week duration; at least 1x per year)
- Must have SATCOM Ops and Maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of Linux OS fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills - proven ability to interact with customers, end users, subcontractors, and the internal project technical team to guide technical support through communication and collaboration
