Job Summary

RF Engineering Technician responsible for performing precise RF measurements using Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers, generating detailed reports from measurement data, diagnosing and resolving RF system issues down to the component level, maintaining and calibrating RF measurement equipment, documenting test procedures and results, and providing technical support to engineering and development teams. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting production builds, staying current with RF tech advancements, and contributing to continuous improvement of RF testing processes. Travel up to 10% across the Continental US is anticipated.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience with Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
  • Experience in troubleshooting RF systems down to the component level
  • Skills: Strong understanding of RF principles and measurements; Proficiency in using RF test equipment and software; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong written and verbal communication skills
