Job Summary

Analyze and develop wireless communications networks for soldier-borne systems, conducting radio traffic analysis, system design, frequency planning, and performance optimization. Evaluate candidate wireless solutions against mission requirements and the RF environment while identifying critical spectrum management aspects. Lead engineering efforts on assigned programs by managing RF planning, system design, employment, and security, including developing System Security Plans and maintaining system architecture. Perform top-level design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, translating operational requirements into practical system concepts. Initiate engineering change proposals and conduct configuration audits, ensuring technical adequacy of test plans and reports.

  • MS Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
  • > 15 years of experience (LEVEL III)
