Job Summary
Lead RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks, including nationwide LTE and 5G expansion projects. Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis to develop strategies improving coverage, throughput, and reliability. Perform root cause analysis on network performance issues and evaluate new technologies like Massive MIMO and beamforming. Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams while providing technical mentorship to junior engineers. Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis. This role serves as a technical leader ensuring optimal network performance and capacity utilization for complex wireless deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5–8 years of RF engineering experience
- Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization
- Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering
- Advanced proficiency with RF planning tools and drive test analysis tools
