Job Summary
Senior RF Analysis Engineer to perform RF analyses and support DoD spectrum management and electromagnetic spectrum operations. Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare reports and briefing materials, coordinate with DoD organizations and external partners, and deliver technical recommendations for spectrum modernization and spectrum access strategies. Mentor junior engineers and clearly present technical topics in high-pressure settings in support of government meetings and technical committees.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with RF engineering
- 2+ years of experience conducting EMC analyses for federal spectrum-dependent systems
- Knowledge of federal spectrum management
- Knowledge of Wireless communications systems
- Knowledge of federal spectrum-dependent mission systems (radionavigation and communications)
- Knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies, including RF interfaces
- Ability to mentor the technical execution of junior engineers
- Ability to clearly present technical topics in high-pressure situations and produce professional documentation
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Science, Technology, or Mathematics
