Job Summary
Conduct service-oriented check-ins and check-outs while managing the booking calendar and handling all front-office tasks including menu translations and morning post preparation. Execute active telephone sales and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding local attractions, ski passes, and excursion options. Prepare guest arrivals and utilize the hotel's front-office and spa reservation programs. Work as part of a motivated team in a family-owned 4-star superior hotel with fixed shifts and free days available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Selbstständiges und effizientes Arbeiten
- Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch & Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- sichere EDV - Kenntnisse
