Job Summary
Retrieve and process poultry products designated for rework according to plant procedures. Inspect and sort product to ensure compliance with quality standards, then open packages and reintroduce approved items back into the production process. Manage rework inventory, record production and inventory documentation, and perform quality checks while following all food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Stack, move, and transport materials throughout the department, assist with loading and unloading, and maintain a clean work area. This 2nd shift role in Forest, MS requires physical stamina and adherence to Tyson's safety policies.
