Job Summary
Rework Welder to join Labor Rocket for a long-term, full-time role in Spartanburg, SC. Rework pre-welded assemblies from robotic stations and address surface defects such as dings, dents, and buckles in exhaust systems. Must have 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting, HS diploma or GED, and pass drug tests, background checks, and required recertification tests. Shifts offered: 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3pm–11pm) and 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11pm–7am); training on 1st shift possible. Benefits include attendance bonuses, referral bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance, and potential long-term growth. Pay range is $22–$25 per hour (based on experience). Must wear steel-toed shoes and long pants. Ability to meet qualification tests for MIG and TIG processes is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Must pass standard global re-certification tests as required
- Ability to train on 1st shift if needed
- Steel-toed shoes and long pants
