Rework Project Manager

The Rework Project Manager will ensure the successful completion of client projects by coordinating outsourced products, scheduling with plants and clients, and communicating deadlines and project scope to plant supervisors—driving on-time, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating project management activities, maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports, conducting quality assurance, organizing meetings and recording minutes, and acting as the main point of contact for project status. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent oral and written communication, and supervisory responsibilities. A degree in business or related field (associate, bachelor’s, or master’s) and 2–4 years of project coordination experience, plus proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are required.
