Job Summary
Rework Project Manager responsible for successful completion of client projects, coordinating management activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and organizing all outsourced products needed. The role schedules with plants for related products and coordinates client-owned materials, communicating deadlines and project scope to plant supervisors. Manages all factors for on-time, high-quality delivery; acts as the primary point of contact, maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports; ensures QA standards, and conducts meetings with documented minutes. This position has supervisory responsibilities and operates in a professional office environment with occasional plant exposure; requires proficiency in MS Office and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's, bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field
- Two-Four Years of industry experience in project coordination
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
- Strong Goal- Orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Above average analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to schedule and prioritize all work assignments
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
