Job Summary
Continuously check for print and seam quality, removing defective material and splicing roll webs back together using a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch. Handle rolls and palletize them to prevent damage, while understanding basic printing and seam-related defects. Record and enter data on designated paperwork and the company operation system (Radius), and participate in special projects as assigned. This 3rd shift position offers hourly pay between $18.00 and $21.00. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Continuous eye concentration
- Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or in-depth knowledge of lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred
