Job Summary
Unwind / Rewind Operator needed to inspect and rewind finished label products to meet customer specifications and quality standards in GMP/pharmaceutical environments. Responsibilities include calibrating and operating the tabletop counter, conducting 100% visual inspections, rewinding/slitting per specifications, splicing rolls, setting up and operating 100% visual inspection systems, preparing core/shipper labels and Certificates of Compliance, following GMP documentation, and performing basic equipment maintenance. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read and interpret manuals, basic math, and a willingness to work overtime. Training will be provided; drug screening after conditional offer is required. Company emphasizes safety, integrity, and inclusion within a global packaging leadership context.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills including reading a ruler
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
