Job Summary
Assists with machine setup, supplies raw materials, and monitors rewinder operations to ensure efficient production. Performs routine maintenance, cleans the work area, and troubleshoots minor technical issues under guidance. Uses forklifts to transport products and completes production logs for documentation. Adheres to safety guidelines, wears required PPE, and collaborates with maintenance, inventory, and other production teams. Shifts follow a 2-2-3 rotation between days and nights in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to fill-in or temporarily run the machine during shift changes, or as necessary
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This role routinely uses plant machinery which certification may be required
