Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations
- Ability to perform data-driven analysis and provide insights
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
