Job Summary
Strategic Rewards Partner within Philips North America Total Rewards responsible for advising on compensation decisions (salary positioning, promotions, complex offers) and owning design/delivery of U.S. Health & Wellbeing programs. Provides expert guidance on rewards topics, facilitates alignment with market data and internal equity, coaches leaders on rewards principles, and leads vendor strategy for brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators. Collaborates across HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure effective execution and alignment. Requires 5+ years’ experience (or 3+ with Master’s) and a Bachelor’s degree in Rewards Management, Human Resources, or related field; proficient in HRIS/Workday with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Rewards Management, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in rewards management, compensation, total rewards or related areas OR 3+ years’ experience with Master’s in related areas
- experience advising on compensation decisions, U.S. Health & Welfare self-funded benefit plans, and vendor management
- experience using HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday)
- solid knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
