Job Summary
Rewards Product Delivery Vice President – Delivery Manager leads strategic process-improvement initiatives, leverages data analytics, communicates with senior stakeholders, guides AI integration in process improvement, oversees end-to-end change management, and ensures alignment with Third Party Oversight standards for Rewards and Benefits suppliers. The role emphasizes advisory relationships with key client stakeholders, vendor/supplier oversight, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment to drive operational efficiency and compliance. The position requires advanced education in economics/finance/business and 8+ years of experience in process improvement and vendor management, with strong interpersonal and strategic-communications skills to influence decisions and deliver results for JPMorgan Chase Product and Tech teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree with major in accounting, finance or economics, business administration, risk management or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing process improvement or re-engineering programs focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction
- Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive environment and coordinate work across different parts of a department
- Demonstrated ability in leading end-to-end change management processes, including strategic communications, influencing others, and mitigating stakeholder impact
- Ability to collaborate with JPMorgan Chase Product and Tech teams to discuss / recommend new functionality to enhance the existing customer experience
- Understanding of key business functions and knowledge of regulations surrounding business and vendor management
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration and relationship building
- 8+ years of financial service experience in vendor management / supplier oversight, controls, risk management, or compliance-related functions (preferred)
