Rewards and People Programs Manager, SEAA

Job Summary
Dual mandate role at Chanel for SEAA: design and execute a competitive, equitable total rewards framework across SEAA while simultaneously building a robust people analytics capability to enable data-driven HR and business decisions. Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and senior leaders to ensure reward programs attract, retain, and motivate talent, drive pay equity, and support annual planning with analytics and insights. Lead end-to-end design and governance of regional people programs, develop a program measurement architecture beyond participation, utilize people data to evaluate effectiveness, and translate insights into recommendations. Integrate data across rewards, structure, and people metrics to enable holistic decisions, present findings and business cases to senior management, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration and governance. Demonstrate an innovative, data-led mindset, communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, and continuously evolve analytics to support Chanel’s LEAP ambition 2030+ and regional initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in compensation design and benchmarking
- Experience managing annual compensation review cycles including merit, bonus, and equity processes across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of SEAA compensation regulations, market dynamics and statutory requirements
- Proven capability in building and scaling people analytics functions (dashboards, reporting frameworks, governance)
- High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and HRIS platforms
- Bonus if experienced with predictive analytics or modelling
- Fluent on AI use cases, building agentic AI for productivity and simplification across domains
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences and build buy-in with data
