Job Summary
Provide accurate and timely compensation specialist advice and support to employees and line managers; liaise with Reward CoE teams to resolve queries; drive continuous improvement to optimize reward delivery; support application of compensation processes and policies; assist in updating communication materials and policies globally, at entity and country levels; support on-cycle and off-cycle compensation processes including annual pay reviews and local incentive programs; contribute to development of reward proposals and perform data integrity and reward analyses; support local, regional, and global compensation projects and ensure knowledge articles are up to date for Operations & Advisory teams.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in compensation administration or a related Reward function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with HRIS or compensation administration software
- Familiarity with employee compensation programs, including salary structures, performance-based bonuses, equity incentives, and pay review processes
- Proficiency in English language
- Foundational knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is nice to have
