Job Summary
Senior Reward Manager to lead a major integration into Ampol’s reward frameworks, including job architecture alignment and role benchmarking; manage transition to performance and remuneration frameworks, deliver annual remuneration reviews, and lead fixed and variable reward processes with strong governance; provide market insights, benchmarking, and remuneration analysis to inform decision-making; contribute to strategic reward initiatives and collaborate across the team on integration priorities; hybrid work arrangement based at Alexandria HQ with reporting to Head of Performance and Reward.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
