Job Summary
Reward Consultant – Leader Enablement & Adoption at 3Shape in Copenhagen. Responsible for enabling leaders to apply salary frameworks and reward tools, delivering training, creating practical guides and materials, and supporting change initiatives to improve the adoption and effectiveness of reward processes. Must have experience supporting HR, reward, or business change initiatives, and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Comfortable working with leaders to translate reward concepts into actionable guidance and to support decision-making within an HR-driven, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR, reward, or business change initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a practical and simple way.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for training and presentations.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Confidence working with leaders and supporting decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in compensation or HR environments is an advantage.
- Experience delivering training or supporting change initiatives is beneficial.
