Job Summary
RevOps Growth Manager leads structured HubSpot onboarding and implementation across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Data; translates business objectives into scalable revenue operations systems; designs revenue pipelines, workflows, and reporting; drives adoption through training and documentation; oversees client accounts to protect margin and drive expansion; partners with Growth Managers and HubSpot Specialists to translate strategy into measurable results; Calgary-based with Hybrid-Plus work model requiring in-office days.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or CRM Architecture roles
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
- Experience designing and optimizing CRM ecosystems beyond a single platform
- Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, APIs, and reporting frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Confident, consultative communicator with senior client stakeholders
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and setting boundaries
- Strong prioritization and expectation-management skills
- Commercially minded — understands margin, utilization, and scalability
- Structured thinker who thrives in complexity
