Job Summary
Architect the Revenue Tech Stack by building and maintaining scalable integrations across HubSpot, Clay, Superset, and Claude via webhooks, APIs, and automation middleware. Maintain the health, custom objects, and workflows within HubSpot to ensure reps receive actionable leads in real time, while designing automated enrichment waterfalls in Clay to dynamically populate company and contact profiles. Implement AI agents and LLM-assisted workflows for automated lead qualification, personalized outreach, and CRM record updates, partnering with Sales and Marketing to translate non-technical revenue ideas into robust, automated software solutions. Activate intent signals in downstream systems using Superset to surface accounts approaching usage limits. This role requires 2+ years of RevOps engineering experience in a B2B Tech Sales environment, with a focus on SQL, data models, and end-to-end system ownership. Candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted EU work permit.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in RevOps engineering in a B2B (Tech) Sales environment
- Hands-on experience building and managing operational workflows using HubSpot, Clay, and n8n
- Solid understanding of CRM schemes, custom objects, relational data structures, and lifecycle funnel logic
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to take vague GTM strategy requests and engineer clean, repeatable, automated solutions
- AI-embedded working style: using Claude, multi-agent workflows, and automation tooling is already part of how you work
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU
Desired Qualifications
- Solid backend and data fundamentals: comfortable with SQL, and data models to understand system behaviour and troubleshoot issues independently
