RevOps Director, EMEA & APAC

Job Summary
Lead regional Revenue Operations for EMEA & APAC across Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, PSO and Finance; own forecasting accuracy, KPI governance, and incentive/compensation programs; drive cross-functional alignment and operational standards to enable scalable, data-driven revenue growth; partner with Regional Sales VPs, HR, Finance, and Global RevOps to optimize CRM and analytics; manage and develop the regional RevOps team; requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and senior RevOps/Sales Ops leadership in a SaaS subscription context; hybrid work model with flexible office/remote balance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Senior experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a SaaS or subscription‐based business.
- Demonstrated leadership of regional RevOps or Sales Ops teams with direct people‐management responsibility.
- Experience in incentive compensation governance, forecasting, and commercial analytics
- Proven ability to partner with Sales leadership, Finance, and HR in a matrixed environment
- Fluency working with CRM and revenue technology (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Spiff Impartner, ...)
